Our Story
Creaking infrastructure, a history of poor outcomes - Traditional models have been unable to solve for skill development at scale for blue-collar workers.
Founded in 2019, Prolearner is working to address this gap (and opportunity!) with scalable, technology-enabled solutions for blue-collar workers. Our goal is to deliver high quality, cost-effective industrial training and skill development solutions, enabling workers to find well-paying jobs that drive productivity, quality, and profitability for the Indian and global industry. We strongly believe it is not possible to address this gap nor enable India to take advantage of the opportunity the country’s demographic dividend offers, without such an approach.
We believe is that there is a significant opportunity to build a profitable, high volume, high-quality vocational training solution to address this gap, and that a platform approach that leverages a range of technologies will enable us to address this need at scale. We believe skill development and training require comprehensive solutions that offer structured pedagogy, leverage multiple technologies, and integrate effective assessment and certification tools that enable trainers to deliver high quality education – consistently and at scale.
